Who can see my information?
Your signed-in account stays private to your household. You control what appears in emergency views and shared links.
How do I sign in?
Use email and password, or Google / Apple sign-in where available. Native apps open sign-in in the system browser.
Can I control family access?
Yes. Family profiles, emergency contacts, and proxy invites are managed by you inside the app.
What can appear in an emergency profile?
Only the emergency fields you choose to include — such as contacts, allergies, medications, and care notes.
Can I delete my account and information?
Yes. Use Delete account from Settings or the public delete-account page to request removal.
How are payments handled?
Web subscriptions use Stripe. Android and iOS use the store billing path through RevenueCat. You will not be asked to pay twice for the same platform checkout flow.

Is PrivaraVault only for emergencies?
No. It helps with everyday organization too — documents, reminders, homes, vehicles, bills, and family records — while staying ready for urgent moments.
Can I add family members?
Yes. The Family plan supports up to six profiles on one household subscription.
What information should I add first?
Start with emergency contacts, medications, allergies, and one or two critical documents. You can add more over time.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. Open the sample demo to explore John Smith’s Household. Plans start at $5.99/mo when you’re ready for your own Family Binder — there is no free plan.
How does the demo work?
The demo opens a labeled sample household so you can click around safely. Demo billing is disabled. Your real household requires Essential or Family.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. PrivaraVault works in the browser and in the native app shells for Android (and iOS when listed).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings or your store’s subscription management. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my information if I cancel?
Your information remains in your account according to our policies until you delete it. Canceling stops future billing; it is not the same as deleting your account.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Request account deletion from Settings or the Delete account page.
How does emergency access work?
You can organize emergency profiles, printable/QR cards, and optional first-responder links. You control what is shared.
Does PrivaraVault replace official medical or legal records?
No. It helps you organize information your family may need. It does not replace doctors, emergency services, attorneys, insurers, or official documents.
